What identification is required for notarization in Mississippi?
Notaries are required to authenticate signatures for transactions to close. Therefore, signers will need a form of ID. The ID must be current, have a photograph and signature, and show serial or other identification numbers.
Do we offer After-Hours, Weekend, and Holiday appointments?
Yes. All notarial services are by appointment only. We are flexible and have a mobile team that is available to service the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast.
What types of documents do you notarize?
We handle everything from real estate closings and power of attorney to medical directives, affidavits, and vehicle title transfers.
How do I book or reschedule?
You can book directly via our online portal or by phone. To reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours notice to avoid a trip charge.
What is a mobile notary?
Mobile notaries travel to the customer's location to perform notarizations. They may charge up to the maximum fee set by state law for notarization services. Some states may also charge a separate travel fee to the customer's location.
Do we travel to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Assisted Living Facilities?
Yes. We have been serving our community business partners since 2022. We are also active with senior living communities.

How long do appointments usually take?
Standard notarizations usually take 15–30 minutes, while complex loan packages can take up to an hour depending on document counts.
